Parts Advisor - Leicester
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus OTE up to £6,000 bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm

Parts Advisor Responsibilities: *Welcoming and assisting customers in the Parts department.
*Managing orders, booking out parts, invoicing, and processing payments.
*Handling general aftersales enquiries and collaborating with the Service department.
*Providing estimates and achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
*Addressing customer enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face.
*Checking in parts deliveries and assisting with stock checks.
*Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
*Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.
The Ideal Parts Advisor: *Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve increased profit and sales.
*Committed to delivering excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
*Professional yet friendly, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
*Experienced in a parts department with a good understanding of motor vehicle mechanics.
*Willing to update technical knowledge to provide efficient service.
*Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge (essential).
*Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
