Job Description:
A great opportunity has arisen for a TIG welder to join a leading company who supply to various industries, including Aerospace, Manufacturing and Civil.
Job Description:
*Perform TIG welding on various materials, primarily aluminium profiles, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
*Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, following technical drawings and specifications.
*Fabricate parts as required.
*Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity.
*Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
*Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
*Proven experience in TIG welding.
*Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
*Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
*Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.
Additional Details:
*Negotiable salary
*Mon – Thurs – 7am – 5:30pm – 4 day week
*Friday – overtime availability
*Weld bonus structure - OTE - £45K - £50K
