Location: Wolverhampton
Hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
*Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Key Responsibilities: *Operate Presses: Safely and efficiently handle presses up to 250 tonnes to produce high-quality components.
*Monitor and Troubleshoot Machinery: Ensure presses operate smoothly, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
*Meet Production Targets: Consistently achieve production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
*Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
Requirements: *Press Operation Experience: Previous experience working with presses, ideally up to 250 tonnes.
*Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and quality.
*Team Player & Independent Worker: Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
*Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
