Key Attributes: *Property/Conveyancing Background: Prior experience with residential conveyancing, including buying and selling, will make you stand out.
*Relevant Skills in Property Transactions: Those with expertise in real estate or similar industries, such as estate agents, who understand conveyancing processes, are encouraged to apply.
*Typing Skills & Precision: A typing speed of at least 55 words per minute and an eye for detail are vital for this role.
