Job Description:
A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Finance Administrator with strong attention to detail and communication skills to join their growing business.
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll be a key player in the finance team, ensuring seamless financial operations and contributing to the company’s success. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders and payments
*Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts
*Supporting financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
*Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies
*Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities
Requirements
*Previous experience in a finance or administration role
*Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP is desirable) and Microsoft Excel
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong communication abilities
