Competition Associate - London
Our client, a leading law firm with a highly regarded Competition practice, is seeking a technically strong and engaging individual to join their London-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of competition law and commercial issues, with exposure to the firm’s extensive Corporate, Financial, Technology, and Dispute Resolution practices.
Key Responsibilities:
*Advise on competition law and commercial matters.
*Draft, review, and amend legal documentation.
*Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
*Support business development initiatives and raise the firm’s profile.
*Supervise and manage the work of trainees and junior staff.
Candidate Profile:
*0-4 years PQE, ideally from a City or leading international firm.
*Strong legal and commercial acumen with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
*High intellectual capability with a strong academic background.
*Proven client relationship and transaction management skills.
