Our client a leading regional firm are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Partner to join their highly successful team in Kent. Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures.
*Support and grow the Kent Corporate team alongside the lead Partner.
*Engage in business development activities, including networking and drafting sector-relevant content.
*Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
*Extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong track record in M&A and private equity.
*Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development.
*Familiarity with the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex regions, with existing business connections being advantageous.
