Our client, an, award winning boutique Private Client firm is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration issue.
*Assist with contentious court of protection matters, including applications, preparation for hearings and representing the firm at said hearings.
*Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound advice to clients.
*Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Requirements:
*Qualified solicitor NQ to of 3 years of experience in contentious probate
*Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
*Strong client relationship management skills and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
