Overview:
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Project Surveyor and the commercial team on a number of exciting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to further progress your career, with the chance to join a market leading organisation in the construction space.
Responsibilities:
*Reporting to the Project Surveyor
*Administration of subcontract works packages
*Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
*Provide information to the commercial team
Requirements:
*Experience working for a regional / national contractor as the Assistant Surveyor
*Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
*Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
*Willingness to undertake training and development to further progress your career
*Experience working on projects from £5m - £20m
