Job Title: Paid Media Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Bristol (Hybrid min 2 days in-office per week)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and implementing paid social strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Managing and optimizing campaign performance to hit client KPIs and maximize ROI.
Analysing data to uncover actionable insights and sharing performance updates with clients.
Staying on top of industry trends, tools, and innovations to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting ideas, and sharing results with confidence.
This role is predominantly focused on paid social, however, there is also the opportunity to work across other paid media channels
.
The Experience You Will Need
Demonstrated experience running paid social campaigns, in an agency setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients.
