Your role will focus on investigating a variety of queries and complaints, ensuring a swift and thorough resolution. From disputes on invoices such as damage, rental, and fines – to high-level complaints from customers and the public, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Salary - Starting from £22,369.35 per annum depending on experience, rising to £22.721.31 upon successful completion of your probation. There is also an opportunity to increase your salary to up to £25,341.50 based on your performance.
Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday!
Pension - Ageon employer contributions of 5%.
