Job Description:
Administration Assistant
Part-Time (20 hours)
Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham
Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and knowledge within property/construction? This role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector
*You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone
*Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
*Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly.
*Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
*Being the support in the office, dealing with other ad hoc duties
About You
*Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable
*A confident user of Microsoft Excel
*Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team
*Detail oriented
*Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
*A proactive, reliable attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
*Self-motivated and eager to succeed
