The Role
*Doing the day to day running of a gorgeous optical practice
*Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
*Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
*Administration responsibilities and compliance
*Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
*Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
*Confident, friendly and organised
