Your role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering problem-solving skills and critical thinking. You will also monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help them achieve their academic goals, including preparation for exams.

Responsibilities:
*Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
*Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
*Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
*Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
*Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
*Set homework and mark promptly
*Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
*Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
*Strong knowledge of the curriculum
*Punctual and reliable

Personal Attributes:
*You will have a genuine passion for teaching
*Experience up to key stage 3/4
*QTS/PGCE equivalent
*Be flexible and committed
