Warehouse Packing Assistant
Location: Waltham Abbey
Contract: Fixed term until August 2025
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm)
Hourly rate: £11.50 per hour
Key duties and responsibilities
*Assembly of small kits, packing and labelling
*Picking and packing of orders for dispatch
*Manual handling requirements with the movement of boxes
*Warehouse Health and Safety
*Raising non-conformances, planned deviations, changes, risks and improvements as required
*Adhere to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 requirements in testing and quality control procedures
*To adhere to company policies and the Health and Safety and business systems manuals
*To ensure commitment to impartiality and confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information
*Adhering to all policy, procedure, regulatory, customer and standard requirements relating to quality, information security and environmental management systems
Requirements for this role
*No prior warehouse experience is required as full training will be provided
*They are looking for a motivated, organised individual who enjoys working as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
*Numerically proficient
