Job Description:
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of sales manager at a premium retailer located in Manchester. This role is situated in a dynamic, high-sales turnover environment, making every day feel like key trading! Ensuring an exceptional customer experience is our top priority at this premium retailer.
As the sales manager, your primary responsibility will be driving the commercial success of your designated department. You will also lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated staff members on the sales floor. This role places a strong emphasis on hands-on leadership, as you’ll set the example for your team through your own actions. Collaboration is key, as you’ll be part of a larger management team overseeing various stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational processes.
Ideally, you’ll come with a background in retail management, possessing a keen sense of commercial acumen. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and your proactive approach to achieving store performance targets, in line with KPIs, will be invaluable. Given that many team members may hail from concessions and external brands, your expertise in building strong relationships will be highly beneficial.
The compensation package for this role includes a salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate, along with an extensive benefits package that features an annual bonus amounting to £3,600. The working pattern will be four on, two off. Furthermore, there’s ample room for career advancement, and if you’re passionate about beauty and luxury products, you’ll appreciate the generous staff discounts of up to 70% off that are available to you.
