We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic fit-out contractor specialising in hospitality projects, including pubs, restaurants, and leisure spaces. Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional quality and innovative designs.
About the Role:
*Oversee fit-out projects in the hospitality sector from inception to completion.
*Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
*Lead site teams, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills & Experience:
*Proven track record in fit-out projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
