SEN Secondary School Teacher -
Location: Selly Oak, B29
Salary: £140 - £180 per day
Hours: Full Time
Start Date: January (Interviews and trial days in December)
Here at Willo Education we are working closely with a SEN Secondary School in the area of Selly Oak, the School are looking for a strong SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term/permanent basis. The ideal SEN teacher would be someone who has a strong work ethic, SEN trained, experience in all areas of SEN and is able to adapt to each child’s needs.

They specialize in supporting students with, Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other complex learning needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver creative and individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
*Monitor access student progress, adapting strategies if required.
*Promote positive behaviour an social skills in line with the school’s ethos.
*Engage with parents/carers to ensure consistent support for students both in school and at home.
*Collaborate with other teachers including, teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
*You MUST have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
*You MUST have experience teaching in an SEN setting.
*Right To Work in the UK.
*2 sufficient references.
*Shows empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
*Strong organization skills and a flexible approach to learning.
