We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to work with a privately owned building services provider across a number of high end commercial properties situated within the City of London.

The position will be part of a maintenance team delivering a best in class maintenance service through PPM and reactive duties on 5/6 properties within walking distance of each other in London.

Duties:
*PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
*Emergency Lighting
*Fire Alarms
*Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
*Legionella awareness
*AHUs / FCUs
*Plant room checks
*General maintenance duties

Qualifications:
*Whilst no qualifications are needed for this role the candidate will need to have prior building services maintenance experience

Benefits:
*£34,000 - £38,000 per annum
*Monday to Friday 8-5
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Pension
*Overtime
