Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appoint a Design Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors working across a number of diverse sectors.
The Design Manager will be responsible for: 
*Managing a multi-disciplinary construction design team
*Planning and managing workload in line with project deadlines
*Co-ordinating specialist external engineering design
*Leading on the design of prestigious projects
*Developing designs taking into account project plans and relevant building controls
*Reporting and presenting on designs ensuring communication with all stakeholders
The Design Manager will need: 
*Experience of construction based design using Revit
*Knowledge of building regulations
*Workload and team management experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
*A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to deliver and progress in a dynamic commercial business environment
