Location: St Albans
Department: HR
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, Life Assurance (4x salary)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible core hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Start Date: January 2025
Our client is looking for a proactive Administrator to provide high-quality support for their early talent programs.
This role will place you at the heart of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Onboarding & Resourcing: Coordinate assessment days, recruitment events, and graduate/apprentice induction programs.
*Training & Development: Support professional memberships, track exam schedules, liaise with training providers, and manage training records.
*HR Administration: Handle contracts, new starter processing, HR queries, and assist with payroll and probation processes.
About You:
*Minimum 1 year in admin, ideally in HR.
*Degree
*Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills with a "can-do" attitude.
