Key Responsibilities
*Managing and delivering audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients.
*Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
*Supporting Partners in business development activities.
Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
*Proven experience managing audits from planning to completion.
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
