Project Manager (HRIS)
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join a global law firm in London. This role will focus on the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS/HR system, as well as driving process improvements and transformation within the HR function.
You will play a key role in leading and managing various workstreams and ensuring the successful delivery of the project in alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Partner with senior stakeholders, including the Assistant HR Director, HRIS Manager, CEO, CPO, and COO, to define the future state of HR systems and operations.
*Establish and maintain effective project controls and governance frameworks at both executive and operational levels.
*Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure the project’s objectives are achieved according to the agreed scope.
*Lead the development and execution of the project plan, overseeing dependencies across different workstreams, both internal and external.
*Provide day-to-day leadership for project teams, guiding them to meet key objectives.
*Develop and implement global change management and communication strategies.
Key Skills:
*Extensive experience leading full lifecycle global HRIS implementation projects, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
*Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
*Understanding of HR functions such as Core HR, payroll, compensation management, and performance management.
*Proven track record of delivering projects through all phases using recognised methodologies.
*A collaborative approach, fostering productive working relationships and managing global stakeholders.
