Key Responsibilities:
*Contact existing customers to deliver outstanding service and support
*Provide project support, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes
*Make outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to address their needs and drive sales
*Assist the account managers with administrative tasks and offer exceptional support to meet client expectations
*Support maximising sales opportunities through a consultative approach maintaining customer relations
Qualifications and Skills:
*Proven experience in customer service or a related field
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
*Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs
*Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
*Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
*Organised, team player
*Commercial awareness with regards to product and marketplace
