Role Responsibilities *Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Data Management: Collect, verify, and enter payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
*Compliance: Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and ensure all practices align with current regulations.
*Reporting: Prepare payroll summaries, reconciliations, and reports for HR and finance, and assist with audits.
*Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions.
*Pensions: Calculate and submit pension contributions accurately and in a timely manner.
*Benefits Coordination: Monitor and help manage employee benefits packages.
*Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement approved changes.
*Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and management to coordinate payroll changes and support administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements *Qualifications & Experience *Minimum of two years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally using Sage 50 Payroll or similar software.
*Strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
*Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
