£40-45k basic with £12k made up of OTE and Car Allowance

The Company recruiting for the Area Sales Manager:
*Being well-established and having a respected engineering tradition, this organisation produces a wide portfolio of engineering and manufacturing solutions
*Used by clients for their quality, reliability, and capability
*They are looking to strengthen their Area Sales team
The Role of the Area Sales Manager:
*Managing the Southwest of England territory, you will be responsible for all sales across this geographical location
*Winning new business and managing existing clients within OEMs
*You will be responsible for all lead generation and your sales pipeline
*Influencing the market to switch to your products and solutions
The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager:
*Ability to categorise/prioritise accounts from CRM data
*Organised, structured and ambitious
*Tenacity to hunt for new business and manage accounts
*Looking for career development, progressing and willing to undertake training
The Package for the Area Sales Manager:
·£40,000 to £45,000 Basic Salary, with £12k made up of OTE and Car Allowance
·Pension, Mobile, Laptop
·25 days holiday plus stats
