Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
Are you an energetic and motivated sales professional looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and meet sales targets.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and product information.
*Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
*Use effective sales techniques to up sell and cross-sell products to customers.
*Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, update customer records, and manage leads.
*Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
*Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
*Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
