The Position as a Town Planner
*Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across various sectors.
*Provide expert advice to clients on planning applications, appeals, and policy matters.
*Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, including liaising with local authorities.
*Conduct site appraisals and contribute to the formulation of development strategies.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
*RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
*Chartered Member of the RTPI (working towards)
*Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
*Demonstrable previous experience.
*Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
