Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager - Kidderminster - c£28k
We’re working with a relatively new but well established and rapidly expanding property consultancy in Kidderminster who are looking to hire a Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager as follows:
*Office based in Kidderminster, working 9-5.30 Mon-Fri as part of a wider team of 9 staff
*Providing Administrative and phone based support to the Property Managers
*Taking calls from residents, contractors and clients, actioning requests, updating records and relaying information as required
*Learning all aspects of leasehold management with a view to eventually managing a portfolio autonomously (with associated pay rises) over time
*Visiting sites with colleagues to record and oversee maintenance and repair requirements
The suitable Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager will live in or close to Kidderminster and come from a suitable leasehold property background with a genuine interest in leasehold management.
Our client only manages blocks/estates within a compact radius of Kidderminster so the successful Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager will not need to travel far as part of their role.
Salary for the successful Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager will start at up to £28k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and progression.
