This Brigg Scientific client are a major food manufacturer based in York, who are looking to recruit a contract microbiologist for an immediate start.
To guarantee success in this routine "extra pair of hands" role you will need the following:
*Aseptic technique
*Attention to detail / accuracy
*Flexibility to react to the needs of the department
*Laboratory environment nous
*Exposure to a fast-paced work environment
*Food microbiology experience will be an advantage
The role is an opportunity to gain some basic experience over a 3-4 month contract period for a household name in food production. The pay rate is £13 / hour.
There is a flexible 37 hour working week between 08.00 - 17.00.
