A leading creative agency are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for an additional pair of hands to support the team with a full employee life cycle, partnering with leadership and management, building strong relationship, providing generalist support as well as development and engagement plans.
You’ll also be supporting another office in EMEA, so global exposure in a business partnering role is ideal!
You will be personable with strong communication skills - proactive, commercially driven and happy to get stuck in and learn whilst confidently advising stakeholders. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong business and HR acumen to confidently navigate the day-to-day HR tasks that arise. Previous experience within the entertainment or a creative agency is required.
