Job Description:
We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our client’s team in the further education sector. This is a temporary position (initially until end of March 2025), offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation. If you have experience of job evaluations and supporting organisational change, this could be the perfect role for you.
The role will be 5 days on site in West London for the first month, then will be hybrid.
Responsibilities:
*Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues, including job evaluation, HERA, reorganisation, change, and restructuring.
*Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote best practise and ensure legal compliance.
*Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practise, providing advice and guidance to the organisation on emerging issues.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and processes, utilising technology to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
*Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance in line with GDPR requirements.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
*Strong knowledge and practical application of job evaluation methodologies such as HERA.
*Demonstrated experience in supporting reorganisations and change projects.
*Proven ability to work effectively within a changing and fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
