Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator for our Letchworth based client.
This is a permanent full-time position, working hours 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
Hybrid working available - but must be able to work at least 3 days a week in the Letchworth office.
Very smart offices together with friendly welcoming work environment.
Working as key member of Property team so an understanding Property administration is key.
Responsibilities and day to day duties will include:
*Coordination of legal documentation, using templates to suit a particular transaction and ensure documents are checked, issued and completed.
*First point of contact for solicitors, responding to information requests.
*Annual reviews of documentation.
*Ensure electronic filing records are kept and in line with GDPR requirements.
*To coordinate property data change to include lettings and lease renewals
*Managing the Property email account ensuring enquiries are distributed to colleagues.
*Manage property schedules seeking updates and data from internal and sources.
*Collating data and information for the team.
*Plus other ad hoc duties when required.
Person Specification:
*Experience of undertaking admin processes and document management.
*A good understanding of property administration.
*A methodical and organised team member
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
*Proactive and positive approach to work.
*Good IT proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
