You will be joining a multi-sector contractor based in Birmingham operating across the power, renewable energy, civil and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
*Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
*Managing subcontractor accounts
*Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
*Managing subcontractor tender processes
*Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
*Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level
*Good working knowledge of JCT, NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts
*Sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
