Position Overview:
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, foster a love for literature and language, and support students’ development in both written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
*Implement effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies.
*Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s overall objectives.
Requirements:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching English in secondary schools.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Commitment to supporting student achievement and development.
