Daily Rate: £90-£95 p/day (with a pay rise after 12 weeks)

Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to be partnering with a vibrant and supportive primary school in the heart of Haringey to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This rewarding role involves providing one-to-one support for a pupil in Year 3 with Autism.
Key Details:
*Role Type: Full-time, long-term contract
*Days: Monday to Friday
*Start Date: January 2025 (earlier start date possible for the right candidate)
*Pay: Competitive daily rate with an increase after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism, focusing on their learning, emotional well-being, and social development.
*Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver effective strategies and interventions.
*Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
*Monitor and document the pupil’s progress, sharing insights with staff and parents.
Requirements:
*Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly Autism, is essential.
*Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom setting is essential.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting children.
