Location: Birmingham
Are you looking to join a nationally recognised, award-winning legal team? A leading UK law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join their growing construction team.
The Role Be part of a collaborative team handling a variety of high-profile construction disputes, including:
*PFI/PPP and project disputes
*Final account and defect claims
*Multi-million-pound adjudications
*High-value claims related to cladding, energy projects, and infrastructure
You’ll work with a diverse client base, including local authorities, housing associations, developers, and contractors.
What We’re Looking For *NQ+ Solicitor with excellent drafting and legal analysis skills
*Experience in contentious construction law (PFI experience is desirable but not essential)
*A motivated team player with strong client relationship management skills
