Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Leeds
Salary: £26k basic salary (+ uncapped commission)

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
*Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the industry, ICP and competitor landscape
*Connect with prospective customers via different channels - email, social outreach, using the phone and networking at events
*Identify leads yourself as well as following up on those that are marketing generated
*Develop cadences and build relationships with leads - learn about the typical sales cycle and understand that time to deal fruition varies
*Using LinkedIn, sales enablement and intelligence tools, refine your outbound approach
*Support and benefit from the mentorship of Senior members of the team as you grow with the business
Sales Development Representative Package:
*Competitive basic salary of £26k
*Uncapped commission -
*You’ll be enrolled on a fantastic L&D programme worth in excess of £10k and of absolutely no cost to you!
*Excellent scope for progression and professional development- there will be opportunity to move into a more senior role as your knowledge of the company widens
*On-going training and mentorship

Sales Development Representative Requirements:
*Ideally educated to degree level, but not necessary
*The ability to clearly articulate a value proposition
