Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager
Location: Tithebarn Street, Keswick, Cumbria
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (28 hours per week, negotiable; over 7 days Monday to Sunday, hours/days to be agreed)
Salary: £23,436.25 FTE - £17,735.54 pro rata (pay review pending)

About the Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager at their brand-new Keswick location. This role involves assisting in driving sales and working closely with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations and sales strategies
*Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure a high level of customer service
*Help manage inventory, merchandising, and shop displays
*Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members
Qualifications and Skills:
*Previous experience in retail or management
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Friendly, positive attitude with a "can do" approach
*Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of volunteers
