Job Title: Shop Manager
Location: Keswick, Cumbria (Tithebarn Street, parking space available)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week, 5 days over 7 days Monday to Sunday)
Salary: £25,253.25 per annum (pay review pending)

About the Role: Are you an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic Shop Manager to lead and build a team in their brand-new Keswick shop. This role offers the chance to work in a creative environment with donated goods, aiming to maximise sales and net contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the shop, including an assistant shop manager and a team of diverse volunteers
*Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service
*Foster a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers, and customers
*Ensure the shop meets all health and safety regulations
