*** LSA’s - Northampton, Northamptonshire - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Key Responsibilities - LSA - Northampton, Northamptonshire
*Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
*Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
*Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
*The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons
About you - Learning Support Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire
*Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
*SEN experience is desirable
*Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
*Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
*Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
