The Role:
*Manage and grow a permanent desk within the Construction sector.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their resourcing needs are met.
*Pro-actively identify and attract top talent in the industry.
*Contribute to our strategy of professionalising our pipeline with more permanent roles and white-collar contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within Construction.
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
*A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and sourcing candidates.
