Key Responsibilities:
*Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, fostering foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
*Student Progress: Assess, track, and report on student progress, ensuring each child achieves their potential through differentiated learning strategies.
*Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment, managing behavior effectively to promote respect and engagement.
*Parental Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student performance and supporting their involvement in their child’s education.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and other teachers, to share best practices and contribute to the school’s objectives.
*Personal Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about best practices in teaching and education policy.
