Insolvency Administration Manager
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

The Role:
As an Insolvency Administration Manager, you will:
*Oversee and manage a caseload of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment to closure, including creditor communications, statutory compliance, and asset realisation.
*Liaise with directors, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
*Draft statutory documents, reports, and final updates for creditors, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
*Review creditor claims and provide accurate outcome reports.
*Use specialist systems such as IPS and Virtual Cabinet to manage cases efficiently in a paperless environment.
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of work.
*Assist in training and onboarding new staff, helping them gain confidence in their roles and responsibilities.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
*2-4 years’ insolvency experience, with a thorough understanding of insolvency processes and legislation.
*Previous experience of supervising or mentoring junior staff, or a strong interest in developing team members.
*Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and meet deadlines.
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*IT proficiency, with experience using IPS and Virtual Cabinet (or similar systems).
*A proactive, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support a small, dynamic team.
*A driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
