Attention all Occupational Therapists in the Cheshire Area!
Our client is look for a permanent and locum OT to join their Outstanding OFSTED rated speciality school, you will be working with children with autism and other learning difficulties, offering you a rewarding chance to make a meaningful impact in your community.
Here is a little more about the roles:
*Locum OT: 2 days per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £29/hour.
*Permanent OT: Full-time position, offering a salary of up to £45,000/year.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing personalised treatment plans to help students overcome learning challenges.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to implement effective sensory integration techniques and strategies that enhance student learning outcomes.
- Offering guidance and support to students, families, and educational staff to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment conducive to development.
Role Requirements
- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) to establish a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) to demonstrate your professional credibility and commitment.
- Some paediatric experience is ideal, or experience working in a school environment.
