Job Description:
Job Title: Entry Level Joiner
We are currently seeking an entry level joiner to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about carpentry and eager to further develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
*Assisting the team in the preparation and installation of wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings.
*Operating and maintaining a range of hand and power tools effectively.
*Following blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
*Collaborating with colleagues to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience using hand and power tools is essential.
*Knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods is advantageous.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to work away from the main office site when required.
This position requires a working pattern of full-time hours. While working away on site, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working from 7am to 7pm. Flexibility is key, as projects may occasionally require working on weekends or evenings to meet project deadlines.
