What You’ll Be Doing
*Assisting students to access the curriculum through tailored support in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings.
*Preparing and delivering engaging activities that support the emotional, physical, and educational development of pupils.
*Collaborating with teachers and the SENDCo to plan and implement learning strategies.
*Promoting positive behavior and resilience in line with school policies.
*Providing feedback and input on pupils’ progress and developmental needs.

*Skilled at fostering emotional well-being and self-confidence in pupils.
*Experienced in working within an inclusive educational environment.
*Confident in promoting safeguarding and upholding the welfare of children and young people.
