Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct stock counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
*Pick items meticulously for next-day delivery.
*Load company vehicles as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
*Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
*Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet and exceed operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master).
*Proven experience in van/lorry loading with knowledge of weight distributions.
*Awareness of safe handling practices.
*Adequate knowledge of electronic ERP systems.
*Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to collaborate within a small team environment.
