Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities: *Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in groups.
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Help students with academic tasks, exam preparation, and building confidence.
*Promote inclusion and encourage students’ independence and self-esteem.
*Work alongside educational specialists to implement tailored learning strategies.
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
Ideal Candidate: *Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
