We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teacher to join a vibrant early years setting in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about early childhood education.
Key Requirements:
*Strong prior experience in nursery or early years teaching.
*A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
*Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
*A proven track record of creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
*Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
*Must not be an Early Career Teacher (ECT); experience in early years settings is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
*Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
*Monitor and record children’s progress, identifying areas of development.
*Collaborate with staff and parents to support each child’s individual needs.
*Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times.
